Attitudes of family members to a tummy tuck
Me again, so does anyone else get the nodding heads of family members when they find out your getting a tummy tuck (TT)? I know they love me and that’s why they worry, but it would be nice to have some support. That they tried to see things from my point of view.
I had the same reaction. The one thing I told them is I have to be comfortable in my own skin. Don’t let it get you down. Be excited!

I really do understand. I’m six weeks post op tummy tuck and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I love that all that skin is gone. I wish I would have done it YEARS ago. Don’t worry about anyone else. Take time to think about how you will look and what you can wear when all of this is over. Good luck and God bless!
yes, I’m tired of being self conscience even in front of my husband though his never made me feel bad. I want to feel comfortable when i stand up, sit down and not worry about covering up all the time. Thanks for the good vibes, God bless you too.
