How long until people can get rid of the compression garments?

    I wear mine here and there, my surgeon said there is no profound proof that it helps after 4 weeks of tummy tuck

    I was told 24 hours a day for 6 weeks and then 12 hours a day for 6 weeks, but still wear it now most of the time as I feel more secure and I am 15 weeks post tummy tuck op xx

    I was told the same no proof it helps after 4 weeks but I still wear it here n there

    U wore it off and on though after how long? When does one stop wearing it 24/7 , I heard someone say 6 hours a day so maybe just in the day time when walking around … I want to go back to work lol 4 weeks today

    4 weeks tummy tuck post op. Had a long night last night with a bit to much stretching and bending, so very swollen today! :/Can not wait to get into exercising and loosing the extra kilos I’ve put on since surgery( I know swelling has a lot to do with it but I can just tell that due to lack of moving I’ve gained some weight!) ! Still a million times better then before
