Botox is a great therapy for clenching and grinding of the teeth. I typically administer 25 units per side and the treatment is done every 3-6 mos., depending on how active your muscles are. Over time, with atrophy and slimming of the face, you may need less. Most likely you will notice a slimmer face after 2 treatments-maybe less. I personally have this done every 4 months for my clenching habit and my face no longer looks "blockish." I'm a big fan of this...
