You did not mention whether you were taking anything that would increase your chance of bruising ie Advil, Aleve, Vitamin E, Garlic, fatty acids, gingko biloba, cumarin.

Since it has been one week since your surgery, I would call your Mohs surgeon. It is hard to say if there is something wrong or not.

I agree that you are best off having your tear trough injected .  This only requires a very small amount of filler  such as Restylane.

I would definitely wait until after surgery  to have  your lips injected .  You should ask the physician who is removing your tonsils how long he or she recommends you should wait .  You don’t want to have any inflammation in your mouth when you have your lips injected .
Botox to lift the corner of the mouth?

You might be best off lifting the angles of your mouth with a combination of Botox injected along the jawline  where are the depressor anguli Oris  is  and a filler in addition .  If you clench your teeth very tightly  and turn your lips down  you may be able to feel this small muscle at your jawline .

Depending on who administered  the botox you don’t know how much they diluted it .  If it was diluted too much , then the results would not last very long .  You need to see a dermatologist  or a plastic surgeon  that friends of yours have seen , and have had a good result
