These depressed and ice-pick scars are challenging to treat and require a multi-modality approach.  I would recommend starting with punch excision of the deeper scars followed by a series of ablative fractional resurfacing treatments at 3-4 month intervals.  In your case, I would also utilize subcision with Bellafill injections.  Infini radiofrequency microneedling is a relatively new option to treat refractory acne scars.
