Only a licensed physician with extensive experience in cosmetic procedures such as a dermatologist, cosmetic surgeon, plastic surgeon should be injecting this type of filler into your face. Only they are able to understand the anatomy and to do these things properly. I don’t know what can be done at this point but in the future choose your injector more carefully

Accutane does nothing to help scars. In fact any resurfacing procedure including der abrasion or laser shouldn’t be used for at least 6 months after last dose of Accutane. In my practice I rarely use this drug because the scarring aspect of acne is not addressed

Accutane is a very serious drug with many side effects and should be used when all other treatments fail. Find a good dermatologist and explore other modalities before using Accutane

Only a combination procedure will truly address this problem. I find for my patients doing a chemodermabrasion offers supurb results. Don’t waste your money on Botox or chem peels for this as they are ineffective Fillers are useless

For long lasting results u may consider medically pure silicone injections. This comes with a caveat. You must find a doctor with extensive experience using the micro droplet technique. Do not go physician who does not have extensive training and has used these type of injections for many years. I use it frequently and our patients are very pleased. Find a physician in your area who has this expertise

A filler is not your answer. Skin tightening with Peleve or a like machine will give you a better result
