From the photo it looks like you may have Dennie Morgan lines. These are commonly seen in people with a history of eczema or allergies. Salicylic acid is an excellent treatment for clogged pores. It exfoliates and is attracted to areas of oil concentration (i.e. hair follicles or pores). Professional strength products applied by a licensed professional will likely be more effective.
