This could be related to swelling or nerve inflammation; both of which are temporary. If your treating doctor used a local anesthetic to numb the area, then, this is most likely an effect from the local which should resolve by day's end.

No, Ultherapy has not been known to cause lymphatic damage or long-term swelling in our experience nor in the literature per my review. I would recommend seeing your primary care or other physician for an evaluation as to a cause.
Could botox injections be the problem?

Yes, Botox can cause double vision if the toxin spread to one or more of the 6 tiny muscles involved in the coordinated movements of your eyes. Please see an ophthalmologist or oculoplastic surgeon for a thorough evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. Botox effects can last between 3 and 6 months. Unintended effects often resolve more quickly. Good luck.
Is there any evidence that autoimmune disease can cause either Botox or fillers like Juederm, etc

I am not aware of any proven relationship between autoimmune disorders and diminished duration of effect with Botox or similar neurotoxins. However, theoretically, people with auto-immune disorders may make antibodies to Botox more readily; thus, promoting a decreased duration of effect. May be worth trying a different brand, like Dysport or Xeomin.

We use both Botox and / or hyaluronic fillers to improve under eye wrinkles and / or bags. Also, chemical or laser peeling may be helpful alone or in combination with Botox or fillers. For the best advice, I recommend being evaluated in person by a board certified dermatologist, plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon who specializes in these treatments.

Botox does not cause acne to my knowledge nor in my ~ 20 years experience. Acne is a very common problem and most likely just coincindental.
