But just looking at your pics, you probably are a good candidate for a tummy tuck with small likelihood needing a small vertical incision. Sometimes injection of the Crow's feet area relaxes the muscles in that area and the other muscles around the eye that are not relaxed make the appearance of these lines. These lines can be relaxed by a small dose of botox in this area.

Yes you are a good candidate for a full tummy tuck. Your umbilical hernia can be addressed at the same time. A full tummy tuck will allow tightening of the abdominal muscles to give your abdomen better contour and will also address the excess skin fully. The scar is typically well hidden in your bikini line. Please consult your plastic surgeon for more information.

Yes I would recommend removing the ruptured implants, what happens after that will depend on you and your plastic surgeon and what size you want to be. For the best results, you probably need the implants removed with the capsule, new ones placed and some form of breast lift to get the nipples in a better position. This can be done all at once as well as staged will just depend on you and your plastic surgeon.
