This is fairly common for large breast reductions. I would recommend cleaning the wound with soap and water. Once it is clean and dry, apply a thin layer of OTC antibiotic ointment and a dry gauze. Doing this daily should help the wound heal. If the wound does not continue to get better or this area becomes red/hot to touch and you start having fevers you should contact your plastic surgeon.

They will not drop closer together as you heal. The placement of the implants and your natural cleavage is based on your anatomy pre-op. They will, however, become softer as you heal and you will be able to push them together to form the look of the cleavage you desire.

The implants will start to drop and settle into a more natural looking position starting at 3 weeks post op. The implants appearing “too high” is normal for this point in your recovery. As far as size, that is a personal preference. I will say 300-350cc round high profile is a very average size implant. Your PS might have you massage your implants down if necessary.

This far out you should be fine. most of the healing occurs within the first month. sometimes when necks are "too tight" I actually recommend stretching exercises. shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, its normal. depending on how much work needed to be done, you may continue to have swelling for another week or more. lower eyelid skin doesn't have much integrity so hold swelling for a long time. hang in there.

Consider a 2 stage procedure with a lift first to get the anatomy right. its common in patients with the degree of laxity you have to develop recurrent laxity and need a second procedure anyways. thus get the anatomy right first with a lift then consider augmentation with implants after 3-6 months. best of luck.

Many patients are not great candidates for trans-conjunctival (internal) eyelid surgery. the technique is highly dependent on the surgeon and your anatomy. if no skin needs to be removed you may be able to have an internal surgery. let your surgeon advise you on this. best of luck

Textured surface implants are more resistant to motion and may have a bit more associated visible "traction" rippling but any implant will have some. this shows thru thin skin. the newer generation gel implants tend to ripple less but they are pretty firm. you should consider fat grafting to help soften the upper portion of your breasts. the options are numerous so best to get with your surgeon. best to you.
