I think you would be much happier with your results if you had a lift to go along with the aug. The aug will help with the volume loss you're experiencing but you would still see the sagging as well. And over time that will not improve. It would also be hard to achieve any type of cleavage if you are seeking that. That said, an aug only would not be something that would look disfiguring by any means.

Do you have any photos of what you're looking to achieve? That may help to assist. It's hard to say something is 'too big' without knowing your personal preference.
If you are looking to fill simply the top of the breast you can explore a fat transfer as well, that may be an option that helps you achieve a much more targeted volume increase.

Absolutely liposuction could be performed during your mommy makeover. During all my mommy makeover's we do a bit of abdominal liposuction but if you wanted to have liposuction of the bra roll or flanks we would do that as well. This greatly reduces the price versus having them done at another time. You will see an increase for adding this combo procedure to your surgery though, be advised.

There is nothing wrong with splitting the procedures, some surgeons excel at certain procedures so this happens often. I've done plenty of facelifts on patients who have had breast augmentations elsewhere prior. Just be advised the cost of the procedure may be higher than having them both done at the same time with one surgeon.

I would recommend planning on staying for 2-3 weeks. Every physician has different post-operative protocols though and the best route would be to call the office of the surgeon you are intending to see to ask them.
There is nothing wrong or inappropriate about traveling to see the surgeon you are most comfortable with. Be sure to plan for post operative visits back though as it may be difficult to have a surgeon at home see you if there are complications.

I would not recommend a face or neck lift at your age. You have a defined jawline but the skin in the neck is definitely sagging a bit. For this you can try non-surgical skin tightening such as RF Microneedling or Deep Ultrasound. You can also try a threadlift. While the results generally only last 2-4 years it is not a full surgical procedure and can provide noticeable results. Please see the photos on our site for an example of women your age having the procedure.

I would not advise a facelift at age 30. I think you are far too young for that. Instead I would suggest some submental liposuction including sculpting of the jaw region with some non-invasive RF Skin tightening after. A surgeon suggesting a facelift is not acting in your best interest, in my opinion.

I don't believe it important to have one done before the other. My suggestion would be to address the one that is most important TO YOU first. The order of procedures should not impact results of one or the other.
From a purely fiscal standpoint, you may want to consider having both done at the same time. Combination procedures like this are done often and can help to reduce the secondary procedure cost by as much as 50% and reduce the need for two separate recovery periods.

In our practice I offer both general anesthesia and IV Sedation. My preference is IV sedation because the recovery time is less and because the risk of PE (Pulmonary Embolism) is greatly reduced with IV sedation vs general anesthesia. You're a beautiful young girl as is. I would not recommend facial surgery at this point to try and look like anyone other than yourself. Perhaps you can try a spa for a facial and some skincare assistance, it may help you to be more comfortable in your own skin without making any life changing alterations.

I would recommend a mineral/physical sunscreen, it is best for sensitive skin. I'd also suggest wearing a hat to help shade the face.

There is no reason you cannot have a facelift after receiving a silicone nose implant, assuming you are completely healed from that procedure and all swelling has dissipated.
