Performing a breast lift alone certainly will improve the shape of your breasts and give them a rounder and fuller look. So to answer your question you can achieve a round shape with a lift alone. Having said that there is benefit to performing an augmentation at the same time. Judging from your photos performing a lift at the time of your breast augmentation would give a better and also a more predictable result. I appears that your nipple as well as a significant amount of breast tissue hangs below the fold beneath your breast. Simply placing an implant without a lift will result in more fullness in the upper part of the breast with the lower portion of the breast and the nipple literally drooping below the implant.
