9 months after tummy tuck, your scar tissue has achieved as much strength as it will ever achieve. It is unlikely that any damage was caused to your tummy tuck. If you had a simple umbilical hernia repair at the same time as a tummy tuck this is also unlikely to have been harmed. Swelling on your left side if it is at the point of impact is likely just bruising. As always if you are concerned you should see your surgeon to be examined. Good luck!

I tell my patients that swelling typically resolves in about 3 months. Most of the fat remaining at that point is stable but you may have some further softening over about 6 months. Weight gain and weight loss will also affect the amount of fat in the area.

Its hard to say exactly what the issue is without seeing your before pictures as well. If there was significantly less scan on the right breast than the left this could account for a tighter look and therefore more superior fullness. On the other hand this could also represent an early capsular contracture. Tummy tuck is one of the most invasive cosmetic operations that plastic surgeons perform. Depending on the amount of tension placed on your abdominal muscle repair you may have more or less pain than other people. Your preoperative level of activity will hopefully allow you to become mobile more quickly however this should not be misinterpreted as you being allowed to return to exercise.
I ask all of my tummy tuck patients to avoid lifting anything heavier...

Based on the pictures you submitted they do not appear to be bottoming out. Breast implants tend to settle over about 6-8 weeks during which time the incision which was placed in the inframammary fold shifts upward about 1 cm. Although bottoming out can occur it is relatively uncommon. I do recommend all of my patients where supportive garments such as sports bras or underwire bras whenever feasible.

You're definitely still swollen 11 days postoperatively. I tell my patients that swelling typically peaks around 4-5 days after liposuction and slowly improves after that. Final results typically take at least 3 months and sometimes longer before the swelling is gone and internal scar tissue has had a chance to soften and mature.
