Thank you for your question. I'm sorry about your discomfort. This sensation is most likely due to implant movement and it's more likely to happen if you have smooth implants verses textured implants. Sometimes this can be due to implant deflation if they're saline. I doubt that you are in any immediate danger. Thank you for your question. The difference of the two is 25cc, which equals less than two tablespoons. It sounds like an appropriate size for your body and either size should work since there is little difference between the two. In choosing between two similar sizes, ask yourself "Do I want error on being too large or too small?" Thank you for your question. Yes, this is possible to go from a B cup to a DD but I do not recommend it as the risk of complications increase remarkably. This is true especially if you have not had children and nursed. In my opinion, implants should be biometrically sized and chosen to fit your body proportions or anatomy. Thanks for your question. You should give adequate time for healing. Generally, you're about 60% healed at 8 weeks. I usually let my patients start mild exercise at 6 weeks and work out slowly. If you've had a mastopexy at the same time, you should wait longer. Start mild at 8-10 weeks and increase slowly because of the incision and to keep from widening your scar. The anesthesia wears off within the day of your surgery. One of the most common causes of pain is due to increased activity and heavy work or exercise. A 10 day trial of Ibuprofen (with food) - 600 mg morning, afternoon and night, coupled with massage, may help your discomfort. This is a very tricky procedure that has a very high chance of damaging the implant. Aspirations should only be done by a very experienced plastic surgeon. Occasionally a small incision can be made and the fluid drained under direct vision and highly sterile technique. Part of the severe pain is from receiving such a large implant when you began at such a small size. Biometric planning pre-operatively can optimize the size of implant consistent with your body dimensions. Pain control can be helped by icing or cooling the breast tissue. Be careful to not put the ice right on your skin (preferably over a thin towel or T-shirt). I'd also recommend Ibuprofen - 600 mg in the morning, afternoon and evening, in addition to your narcotic pain medication....

Contact your physician and ask if this is the case and would he consider changing the position. The location of the moved implant would be your choice depending on which position, sub muscular or sub glandular that you prefer. If you have minimal breast volume or coverage, then you would want to have the implants placed sub muscular. at this point, if you have saline implants you could consider changing to highly cohesive gel implants.

In my experience, high profile implants, particularly saline look good for about 3-4 months and then the breast tissue/skin starts to drop down over the implants, giving an elongated snoopy appearing breast.
