Sorry to hear you are having issues. There are several reasons to have a bulge in this area after tummy tuck. Its hard to know what's going on without a thorough exam and possibly an ultrasound. Fluid can collect in this area, fat under the skin can be more prominent in this area after TT, it could be fat under the muscle repair, or the muscle repair could have broken down in this area. The endometriosis should not be a concern after total hysterectomy. I would seek out a plastic surgeon and have an exam and a frank discussion about your goals. Your rectus muscles may be widely separated giving you the look of pregnancy. However this may be fat and a tummy tuck would be of limited benefit if you did not lose weight. I believe a good diet plan and significant weight loss prior to surgery would yield a better result as well as be safer

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your breast augmentation. It looks like the left implant is high compared to the right. If it is firmer, it may be that you are developing a capsular contracture on this side. If it did come up all of a sudden it could be a fluid collection. Yes they look normal. You are only 3 days out from the procedure. It can take months for the muscle and skin to stretch out and for the implants to settle into the pockets created by your surgeon. The swelling around the stitches is normal for this stage of healing. That bubble is related to the swelling and should resolve over time. The real question is why do you have this roll. If the cause is extra skin because of the weight gain/loss with pregnancy, then liposuction will not help and a tummy tuck is needed. If the roll is excess fat, than liposuction should take care of the problem. Many times its a combination of the two. Its difficult to make an accurate diagnosis without an exam. You may have a true orbital dystopia. This means your orbits( the eye-socket in the skull) are at different levels. This means the eyes will be on different levels. I would see a plastic surgeon that specializes in cranio-facial surgery so if this is the case, he/she can give you advice. This is a dilated lymphatic channel. Its not a blood clot. Its nothing to worry about. The drainage of excess fluid of the upper abdomen is toward the breast and then on to the arm pit. Your swelling is completely normal. The drainage of the extra fluid and swelling after a tummy tuck is up toward your breasts and then to the arm pits. I believe implants should be place under the muscle almost all of the time. It decreases the risk of capsular contracture. A small minority of women have issues with irregularities with motion, but this can be deal with if it becomes an issue. Gluteal implants are solid silicone. They have no liquid or gel to leak. They are very tough and when placed within the gluteal muscle are protected. I would have no concerns or any sexual activity that would cause any issues.Eric Weiss MD
