This is an unfortunate problem. Packing the wound with gauze twice per day is one way to treat this problem. However, depending on how much dead tissue there is and how deep it is, it may need to be cut out or debrided. The risk here is that the surrounding tissue gets infected and subsequently infects the implant. If that happens, you will likely need to remove the implant. I hope this helps, good luck!

Thanks for your question. It appears that your breast tissue and skin has definitely become thin after your weight loss. Based on the pictures, you have some superior pole deflation which gives you the scooped out look and the wrinkled skin on top. At this point, the best solution would be to fill the loose tissues with volume, most notably an implant. An appropriately sized implant would give you a well balanced and more youthful breast appearance.
