No two breasts are the same and it is normal to have differences between sides.

An abdominoplasty or tummy tuck typically includes plication or tightening of the abdominal muscles.
Do your due diligence and be sure to seek consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
A physical examination by them will help determine whether you would be a good candidate for an abdominoplasty.

The classic teaching in mastopexy or breast lift surgery is that even though no reduction of tissue is performed, there is a half or full cup size reduction in bras depending on manufacturer. Hope this helps and I wish you the best with your surgery.

Your photos are of good quality. You certainly do appear to have gynecomastia, but a physical examination would be necessary to confirm this.Surgery is the definitive treatment. Be sure to do your homework and select a board certified plastic surgeon who does lots of gynecomastia surgeries. You appear to be an excellent candidate for chin augmentation. If your occlusion or bite is off then your orthodontist would have recommended jaw surgery.If however you are not interested in this and your occlusion is not a functional problem then it is reasonable to consider other options.In my opinion you would get an outstanding result with a chin implant. This is an interesting question. First of all your plastic surgeon is correct that you have significant ptosis or sagging. A lift with an implant will help you achieve the best cosmetic result. An implant alone will certainly give you more volume but the nipples will remain low. If this is something you would be okay with then that may be an option for you. There is no connection between weight lifting and the occurrence or recurrence of gynecomastia. As such exercise will not cause gynecomastia to recur after surgery.Now if you for some reason take testosterone or other anabolic steroids or even pro hormones after gynecomastia surgery, then you will most certainly be at risk for recurrence.Hope this helps and I wish you the best with your surgery.

There are several issues which need to be addressed in your case. I would recommend the following:- Pocket conversion to submuscular implants- Conversion to highly cohesive silicone implants- Mastopexy or breast lift to lift the breasts, particularly the right breast and improve symmetryDo your homework. Pick a good board certified plastic surgeon who does lots of revisions. These cases are obviously more complex than primary breast cases.I’ve attached a link for your information. Best of luck.

This is a difficult problem to correct, however in my opinion you should be able to obtain a significant improvement with a revision procedure.Fortunately your contour irregularity is very focal and localized to the retroareolar area. As such I would recommend a combination of scar release and fat grafting to the area. I think you are an ideal candidate for a breast lift without implants. This would include an areolar reduction. You have excellent volume, it’s just that your volume is low. No question silicone implants are superior to saline implants in both look and feel. Silicone implants are softer and feel much more natural. It appears you have lagophthalmos, which is inability to completely close the eye. This can happen after upper blepharoplasty surgery.The symptoms you are describing are secondary to exposure and drying of the eye. The eye drops are important and will help lubricate the eye but the exposure will continue because of the lagophthalmos.The best plan therefore is to massage the eyelid and scarring in the area.
