Often it’s best to ask your surgeon if they can use sizers during the procedure and then it can be determined based upon your desired end size (DD). The appearance of the belly button seems to be thickened scar. Occasionally scar become hypertrophic like this and require treatment to improve the appearance. Injection of steroid medication, use of silicone sheets or even scar revision procedures can alter to appearance.

The wire you show in the picture appears to be a suture. Most often they dissolve but occasionally your body “spits” it out. It isn’t serving a purpose at present and often removing it is warranted. Ask your surgeon and chances are the answer will be the same. No worries as leaving it there for a brief period of time should you want to wait until seen.

Congtatulations on your procedures. Numbness is quite common especially after removing a significant amount of skin. It often takes months to improve and can be partially permanent. A recent procedure can also be to reason why you’re experiencing swelling. If it is slowly resolving, patient will see it through.

A picture would be very helpful. Depending upon the appearance, it’s possible fat was removed thus altering the support. Options include replacing the fat. Send in a picture and a more descriptive summary of what type of lipo and exactly where on your body it was done.
