Sometimes implants alone are sufficient to provide lifting of the breast without requiring a lift procedure. Depending on the sagging you may need a large implant–450 to 500cc- in order to achieve an aesthetically pleasing result. However a large implant will mean a heavier implant which will cause sagging in the future. You may need a lift at that time but a least you might delay this outcome for a few years.
