It is very unlikely that the SculpSure procedure caused a rash. This is not a procedure that has a systemic effect on your body, there are no drugs involved that could cause a rash. The gel used on the skin surface has very little potential to create an allergic response because it is water based.
Is it necessary to wait 6 weeks between Sculpsure treatments 1 and 2?

In my opinion, it is safe to do a second treatment within a few weeks of the first as long as you have passed the healing period. In other words, your soreness in the area should be resolved. Additionally, I recommend that you not begin the second treatment until you are beginning to see results from the first.

Acne treatment can vary significantly depending on what type of breakouts, the presence of scarring, your age and many other factors. Sometimes treatment is as simple as changing skin care products. More significant treatment can involve microdermabrasions and truly aggressive treatment can involve lasers. There is a laser treatment called Photodymanic Therapy which can banish cystic breakouts altogether as well as treat some scarring.

There are a few light based procedures that can improve the appearance of enlarged pores and acne scars. IPL, or Intense Pulsed Light can stimulate collagen production, resulting in tightening of pores. The effect will be seen within 2-3 weeks of treatment.
