In situation like this it is imperative you have this conversation with the doctor who preformed you surgery. He or she is the one you has been providing you with the post operative care. It seems as you are wearing the correct bra but discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

The short answer is no.That is a lot of surgery to do at the same time and it is harder for a patient to recovery from all this surgery if you decide to do it at the same time.I would recommend to focus on the front side of your body first and then you can look to the back side at a later date. It is very common to need a hernia repair after having children and is often performed in combination with a tummy tuck. If you recently had a breast augmentation then I would wait at least 6 weeks and would certainly suggest having your hernia repaired with a tummy tuck. Make sure you seek a board certified plastic surgeon to perform the surgery.

I would say you have enough excess skin in need of removal, which may require a standard abdominalplasty or (Tummy Tuck), also after having children often times the muscles becomes separated which would also be addressed in a Tummy Tuck in addition to removing excess skin.

A mini tummy tuck treats minor pouching out of the lower belly caused by stretching of the lower abdominal muscles, and requires a shirter incision. A full tummy tuck typically requires a hip to hip incision along with muscle titghtening above and below the belly button. If you had your muscles tightened you recieved a full tummy tuck.
