It looks as if you have what Plastic Surgeons call Pseudoptotic breasts. You are an excellent candidate for breast augmentation which will make your breasts appear more round and feminine. Stretch marks, however are permanent, and will not improve after surgery. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for an examinattion and they will be able to make recommendations for your specific case.

A full length torso photo is required before an opinion can be rendered regarding a tummy tuck, however tummy tucks are generally recommended for post-pregnancy patients like yourself with loose abdominal wall skin. Before you proceed with a tummy tuck, make certain you’ve decided to avoid future pregnancies. VIsit a board certified plastic surgeon and they will be able to give you a consultation about wether a tummy tuck is right for you.

Women have small glands under their areola called Montgomery glands that can get inflamed and possibly infected. I doubt this has any relationship with your surgery unless you’ve had your surgery performed via a periareolar approach. Speak to your Plastic Surgeon, who may advise antibiotics and seeing a breast surgeon.

The photo indicates that you’ve undergone an augmentation/mastopexy, not a simple augmentation. Usually this procedure requires significant skin undermining, which is associated with skin swelling (edema) after surgery. Any compression (brassiere) on top of that will cause ripples. This should resolve by 6 weeks. If concerned, see your plastic surgeon.

The photo shows that you might have a postoperative seroma on the left, especially if you had a textured implant placed. I would recommend a simple ultrasound to rule that out. If the ultrasound shows a seroma, then please discuss this matter with your plastic surgeon.

It looks on the photo like you have a post operative seroma which should be aspirated. The redness may be a result of skin irritation from your compression binder. You should follow your surgeon's recommendations regarding antibiotics. I'd recommend contacting their office about how to proceed.

Damage to the intercostobrachial cutaneous nerve can cause radiating/numb upper inner arm pain. Capsular contracture, in continuity with the nerve, could also be exacerbating your symptoms. This is something you should discuss with your plastic surgeon.

You should be fine returning to work after 3 weeks. I would recommend wearing a compression brassiere and avoiding heavy lifting. Every case is different though, so you should check with your surgeon first.

Your upright position is the position we judge the placement of your breast implants and in that position all seems correct. A normal unaugmented breast falls to the side when you lie flat, so its normal for your augmented breast to fall sideways when you are lying down as well. Sometimes wearing brassiere 24/7 encourages a more symmetrical result by preventing side displacement. If you're concerned about this after six months, consult your plastic surgeon.
