Most RF MIcroneedling recommend a 2 week period after having fillers injected to prevent any degrading of the fillers. I would recommend discussing this with your provider at the time of scheduling a service.

Kybella can work very effectively for the chin and jowls. Injecting the solution is relatively quick and has minimal pain. You might experience some mild swelling the first week but then the process of melting the fat cells begins. Most people will need 2-3 treatments depending on the depth of fat cells. I thing it is a great non-surgical option

Microneedling with RF can be done with different types of fillers after a period of 1-2 weeks depending on the type of filler which was injected. The best approach is an evaluation prior to procedure to assess the area of the fillers and type of fillers uses. Both are a great combination to help collagen formation.

Thermiva treats different conditions. For example vaginal atrophy urinary incontinence and vaginal laxity. The recommended times between treatments is 4 weeks. In my patient base, it depends on the condition I’m treating the patient for. Most of my patients come in between 4was and not more than five weeks apart.

Although thermiva has not been studied in that capacity yet. RF has been used with some improvements. I had a patient who wanted to try a session. After the first two sessions she had about 80% resolution of symptoms and not much change after the 3rd session. She was very pleased with her results since some improvement was better than none. I definitely think that we need to do more research in this area

Yes, ThermiVa has been studied for frequency and urgency. I have been using it on my patients for the last 6 months with great results. It is a simple, no downtime, 30 minute procedure. For many women not wanting to take medications with side effects, it is a good option. Although not covered by insurance, patients suffering with quality of life issues bladder symptoms have been finding it worth the money.

The tht I would choose the thermiva. Thermiva has more versatility in allowing the operator to focus more on the vaginal tissues to help with vaginal dryness. Although you state you have no other issues, I have had patients express the same but after having the procedure have noticed improvements in others areas they weren’t expecting and we pleased with the results.
