Thanks for sharing and for putting up photos that help us answer the question.  The other docs that have answered this question on RealSelf are really on point.  For you I would not recommend a tear drop implant and would not recommend fat grafting.  A carefully positioned wider smooth round gel implant can get you fantastic result with nice cleavage and a good nipple position.  See a couple more plastic surgeons for evaluation it's definitely worth the time.Best,Jeremiah Redstone MD

Thanks for the question. There are now multiple choices in the gel within implants from softer to more cohesive.  The softer the gel has a softer feel but a higher likelihood of wrinkling and less upper pole fullness.  The more cohesive the better the implant holds its shape but it has a firmer feel.  Natrelle now has three different gel choices for the Inspira implant SR, SS, and SC from least to most cohesive.    Definitely discuss the gel options with your PS.  Best of luck,J...
Is is normal that I am almost six weeks post op still experiencing pain and I'm swollen?

One of the hardest things to predict after surgery is how much pain a patient will have.  Even with the same operation patients will have a wide variation in pain level.  Stay positive you are in the early stages of healing--after surgery the body is in the acute phase of healing with the most swelling and discomfort for 6 weeks after that things continue to improve for a full year.  So you are just starting the phase where things get better and better every week.

A  tummy tuck is considered a cosmetic procedure and in general  is not covered by insurance.  There are similar procedures such as a panniculectomy (removing some of the low hanging skin) that are covered but do not have the same cosmetic result.  Find a good PS that does a lot of tummy tucks and with their help you may be able to find the best way to finance a nice tummy tuck.Good luck,Jeremiah Redstone MD

Really you have to listen to your PS about lifting and stick to their specific routine.  In my practice I would not have you lift a toddler for one month--too much lifting can lead to healing problems or implant posinion problems.  In the end it will definitely be worth it and should be great

You definitely can have a breast augmentation.  It does look as though your IMF position may need to be adjusted, but this is a common part of the procedure.  You should get a beautiful result!

A Bellini is a fantastic brunch cocktail and a Benelli is a periareolar lift--you may do great with both.  Without measurements and a full exam it is hard to say if a Benelli will achieve everything you want--You would likely have to do a pretty large implant with the Benelli lift in order to correct the ptosis.  Keep in mind that when traditional mastopexy scars heal fully they can look very similar to a Benelli scar.  Also remember shape is most important-- small scars with a bad shape hav...

From your photo looks like you could best achieve your desire "fake" and extra perky look with a full mastopexy and breast augmentation with a higher profile implant. Make sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon who does a lot of Aug/Pexies as it is one of the more challenging breast operations--Good luck
