This is a delicate area to refine. I would advise to wait at least another month and preferably until 1 year post op. It can be refined. Discuss with your surgeon.

Liposuction in this area would be risky for irregularity but is an option. I would favor being very slow with Kybella injection every other month until the fat is gone. That is also not without risk.

Capsular contracture is scar tissue response of the breast around the implant. Anyone who has breast augmentation is at risk. We don't fully understand the causes but circulating bacteria or bacteria introduced at the time of surgery are possible culprits. Infection of the piercings around the time of surgery theoretically could affect this. What you describe would be a very low possible cause. Best wishes for soft , beautiful breasts!

The lower inner origin of the muscle is released during surgery in effect creating a controlled muscle strain or tear. You may resume low resistance motion in 3-5 days, limited lifting until 3 weeks then ease into heavier resistance . If it hurts back off. If things look fine no problems. Irritation of the incision by the device would have been the risk.It is no different than the garments worn after abdominoplasty or liposuction.

Previous answers are great. Another treatment that preserves the patency of the ducts for future breast feeding potential is nipple piercing.Your plastic surgeon can do it under local anesthesia by placing a suture through the nipple to pull it out then use a bar type accessory that will keep it out.I usually have patients keep it in for 6 months. It can be changed after 3 weeks. I ask the patient to bring the stud. A large gauge needle is used to retrograde thread the stud through.

Your photos are most consistent with skin necrosis. This is caused by compromised blood supply to the are involved. It can be caused by thinning of the skin flap in surgery, swelling or bleeding, tension on the flap or rarely infection.It is unusual during gynecomastia surgery but does occur.
