PCOS will not prevent you from having surgery. You will need a medical clearance from your doctor before continuing with surgery to ensure you are safe for anesthesia. As long you are healthy enough to undergo general anesthesia, then it should be fine to proceed because that is the most important part.

Thank you for your question. My recommendation is that you follow up with your surgeon as he will be able to tell you what step to follow. Usually wounds would separate at time because of your level of activity might have increased. I don’t think you would worry as it heal fine in a couple of weeks.

You propbably have enough fat – women ususally have areas that have not been used and are good donor sites. STAY with fat and not an implant., Fat – YES FAT – it’s yours and when done correctly, has the potential to last a lifetime and maintain a wonderfully soft and natural look. And don’t gain weight – it doesn’t increase the number of cells only their cell volume which does nothing to help your situation. I hope this helps.
