Age itself is not a determining factor for surgery, rather your overall health. If you're pretty healthy and don't have health issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, etc. you should be a good candidate with a very good outcome. Your BMI is not too high to consider surgery, just make sure you research your surgeon well and that they are board certified in plastic surgery with a good anesthesia team.

With that being said, find a surgeon who is: reputable, qualified, and a facility that makes you feel comfortable. Still early to see the final shape. You still have some residual swelling around the implants and your implants are still somewhat high. They will start settling down and fill the lower aspect over the next few months. Once the swelling around the implants subsides they will look rounder and less boxy and should not look smaller proportionately.

5 days of having a wrong garment is not going to affect the final result or shape of your fat transfer unless the garment was much smaller and causing to much compression affecting the circulation to the fat cells which I doubt. The buttocks do look somewhat square and firm initially but will soften in few weeks.

Your labioplasty incision should be healed by 3 weeks if no complicaions occur. 6 weeks should be pretty safe.Your liposuction areas should be far from your labioplasty healing wound so should be Ok to proceed. Avoid any friction or movement during the operating transfer and movement if done early.
