You do not need a lift in my opinion. You may need an areolar reduction with your augmentation. Your pictures are consistent with tubular breast anatomy which is unique and often difficult to easily correct. Please view doctor websites for examples so you can see the limitations and expectations. Yes and Yes. Fat transfer to the breast is a wonderful option if asymmetry is the main concern. You need to have enough fat to allow the harvest from somewhere else - hips, abdomen, thighs, for example. Harvesting from the abdomen is the easiest in most cases. Normally, I would not recommend implants for a patient who is less than 18 years old (at least). But asymmetry is different in my opinion. And fat grafting/transfer is an excellent solution....

Keflex would be fine. Also cleocin. Both are different families of antibiotics than the quinolones (ciproflaxacin) or the sulfa drugs (bactrim).

It is just more dramatic for the before and after pictures. You look like a great candidate! Just bring pictures of your ideal shape and size to share your aesthetic thoughts with your surgeon. Also realize you may have difficulty fitting some clothes because of your small waist after Lipo and extra full buttocks! But, there's always alterations! Be sure to give yourself plenty of recovery time because you can't sit on those fat grafts! Good luck!

No. I am not aware of any connection. The mire a IUD has slow release hormones. Implants do not. Although some women can lactate short term after they get implants, this is not thought to be hormonally related to the implants.

An implant fills but does not really lift. If you like a more relaxed look, you will probably be pleased. If you want upper pole fullness or a perky look, you may not. Think of how you looked when you were pregnant or breastfeeding. That is similar to what implants will look like. Don't get implants that are too large to try and fill up the extra skin. It will droop more over time. Ask for before and afters from the surgeons you see.

Botox to the frontalis works well, but since this is the muscle that lifts the brows, you will see some drop in the brow height if it is treated alone. I almost always treat the brow depressors to get lift of the brows if I am treating the frontalis. This compensates for the drop I expect to get from the inactive frontalis. You don't need to weigh a certain amount, but you do need to have enough fat to harvest for transfer. You will probably need fat from your abdomen and hips. I would estimate 25-30 minimum and make sure to treat the outer brow with a few units otherwise only the inner brow is elevated and that can give you a "sad" expression. Outer brow Botox maintains your arch and can even give the appearance of a brow lift!

I believe you will need a lift to get the result you desire. The breast skin envelope is too large to avoid a lift and you won't get the round Fake look you like without a lift. The incisions are a trade but a necessary one to achieve your goal. Make sure your surgeon uses a permanent suture around your areola to avoid enlarging the areola after the lift.

You will indeed trade a scar, but the horizontal scar is much more acceptable. My goal for my patients is "bikini ready".
