I would be concerned that simply changing the devise style may not provide the change you desire. Remember that the differences in projection size for size are measure in millimeters.
I would ask you to consider another option...fat grafting. With a supplemental fat graft, volume can be added directly to the area of concern without manipulating the implant and risking infection. At least three months should pass before you consider any revisional work.

I am not familiar with the "outer thigh lift". Most thigh reduction procedures feature an excision of skin and fat from the inner thigh. Inherent risks of this surgery include fluid collections, wound healing problems, and blood clots.

At three weeks out, it's hard to say. What I am looking for at this point is normal healing. That is...no redness, fluid collections, or wound issues.

My go to technique for these asymmetries is fat grafting.
In this technique, fat is removed from the abdomen or hips, washed, and injected into a topographical map placed before surgery. Fat grafting allows correction to very specific areas which is not possible with implants. Occasionally and in significant deformities, more than one session is required.

There is nothing wrong with your breasts. You have some asymmetry, and most women do. You do not have tubular breasts. This is a condition where the base width of the breast is narrow, and breast tissue tends to herniate into a large areolar complex.

Some folks do have a significant amount of intra-abdominal fat. This fat is not treatable by liposuction. It is, however, the most metabolically active fat, and responds well to weight loss.

I would suggest a double pronged solution with fillers...(Hyaluronic acids - autologous fat)...and skin resurfacing...(Chemical peels-LASER resurfacing). I would suggest a decrease in implant size using "pop-corn capsulorraphy technique" to shrink the capsule. I would add a bidirectional mastopexy. Your areola should be supported by a cogwheel gortex circumareolar suture technique. You will need drains with the smaller implants to control seroma, but I do believe that you can return to smaller pretty breasts.
