Thank you for your quesiton. Subcuticular sutures are typically used to close the tummy incision to avoid any track marks. Sometimes a special type of mattress sutures are used to close the belly button incision but not the main transverse tummy tuck incision. Bunching of the incision is a different story. Sometimes bunching is done on purpose when there is more redundant skin towards the center however this settles down with time and heals in a straight line.

You have a normal shaped breasts that look round and are at a good position on the chest, not high or low. Your inframammary fold is well-defined. Using a breast implant will enhance the volume of your breasts and give you more projection on the side view. I think you are a good candidate. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the question. Looking at he photos you provided, I don't see a need for either a brow lift or an upper blepharoplasty. Things may look different in person specially if you are actively elevating your eye brows. You have a nice will defined upper lid crease with no skin excess that I can see and arched eye brows. Thanks for your question. You should not have this problem at 5 days from surgery. From my experience, even swelling after surgery should not pull your eyelid aways from the globe or the eyeball. This is called lower lid retraction, or lower lid malposition, and in its severe form it is called lower lid ectropion. Thanks for the question. Being 40 will not impact the rate of your healing after a mommy makeover. You are still well within the average age of women who get this procedure done. Recovery and healing depends on the type of procedure performed. If you are getting a full tummy tuck and breast lift with implants, it will take you an average of 4 weeks to heal. From my experience women usually have longer recovery from a tummy tuck procedure compared to breast.

The answer is yes, there is a limit on the size because your breast can accommodate implants that can go up to certain dimensions. Each implant has standard dimensions: width, height, projection and volume. Your breast on the other hand also has similar dimensions: width, height, distance between the nipple and the crease under the breast,and skin stretchability. I understand that you do not prefer surgery, however looking at your photos, I do believe that this would be the treatment of choice which is a lower blepharoplasty or eyelid lift. You have significant skin excess in the lower lid that extends to the eyelid cheek junction.  this would not fully improve with fillers or energy device. Your eyebrows are actually in a good normal position for a male your age. You can see your upper lid crease very clearly so I do not believe that you need a brow lift or an upper blepharoplasty.
