A mastopexy will return your breasts to a more youthful position on your chest and improve the symmetry while reducing the nipple size. I recommend waiting until you are no longer producing milk for a variety of reasons. You may be able to breastfeed in the future, but sagging can return. Best of luck!

It is difficult to be specific from the photos. A Tummy Tuck may be better for you particularly if you have any zones of adherence in the upper abdomen. It will remove excess fat while also tightening your skin. Liposuction first would be a great idea as well if your skin tone is good. An ABPS certified plastic surgeon can advise you properly. I am unaware of any relationship between laser hair reduction and pregnancy. Hair does grow in cycles and hormone changes related to pregnancy may darken any residual hair not previously treated. The only side effects if settings are appropriate are possible short-term redness, swelling and bumps around the hair follicles. Consult with your physician before undergoing the procedure.
