Based on the photos you have shown you would be an excellent candidate for a breadt lift. The goal of the surgery is to lift the breast, reduction the size to whatever you would like, as well as make a pretty shape that is more round in nature. In plastic surgery there is no single way to do any procedure. Therefore, people use the best techniques that they were trained in to get the best result in their hands. Your scar pattern is not the one that I use, but it is a known way to do the procedure. It is important to discuss these things before the procedure so everyone is on the same page and there are no surprises after surgery.

In general if you have questions after any surgery it is best to see your surgeon or at least call them. In the event you question their answer I would say this looks within normal post op and it is too early to say if it will appear to your satisfaction after the swelling resolves. Good luck!

If you are interested in perky or youthful then a lift is what you would need to accomplish that goal. Fat grafting makes you a slightly larger version of yourself but we have had very nice results with this in my experience. You can certainly combine these to get both together! The product you mentioned is just one brand of human acellular dermal matrix. Not my favorite one, but certainly a very popular one amongst plastic surgeons. That being said, it does appear to have some protective effects against capsular constracture in the setting of radiation post implant reconstruction. Best of luck to you!

You bring up a common question for women seeking breast augmentation…choosing a size. While the dimensions of the breast can partially dictate implant size, there is flexibility in dimensions and size. Given your height and photos you could consider going up to a 500 cc implant potentially depending on how distensible or stretchy the skin of your breast is. I find that sientra implants give a more natural look and feel in cases like yours where you want to push limits on size…

Simply, I do not think you have a tuberous breast. Your area between your fold and nipple is slightly short but your overall breast is not constricted or tuberous. It is important you use a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience with breast augmentation to make sure you get a great result in one stage. This should not be too difficult or any more expensive in your case.

However, the area you currently have keloids tend to make very poor scars (chest area) so this should not be the case in less keloids prone areas like the breast. Thank you for your question. The goal of compression after any surgery is to help support the soft tissue and discourage excellent swelling in the surgical site. Not having the correct garment has the potential to put undue tension on the incision leading to imperfections or simply swelling that stays around longer than is ideal. It is best to speak with your surgeon if there is any concern. Good luck!

If the size bothers you either cosmetically or functionally you would be an excellent candidate for surgical correction. Thank you for your question. We have found even better and longer lasting success with Renuvion or J Plasma for skin tightening than the other skin tightening technologies. You would be an ideal candidate for this based on your photos if this is the only goal you wish the achieve. Be careful in searching for someone who offers this as there are some providers who are not real plastic surgeons who may have it and offer it to everyone just because they have the technology and want to apply it….
