I would get a scar revision first then wait to see if it heals nicer. If not you would need to receive steroid treatment to the scar to flatten and lighten the tissue, then wait about 6 months to get the piercing. It will look a lot prettier!

Make sure to speak with your doctor before you stop using your strap* however, your breasts will fall into the natural breast pocket on their own. Personally, in my opinion pushing your breasts down is not always the answer. Most of my patients want to have a “push up” look without wearing a bra. You needed a mastopexy (lift) in order to avoid the droopy breast tissue in the front of your breasts. An areolar lift, or lollipop would have worked but I believe you can get away with areolar lift. Most other doctors would have told you to go bigger to avoid the extra breast tissue hanging. Easy fix!

Congratulations on your weight loss so far. Losing as much weight as possible will be better for you overall health and appearance of your tummy. Unfortunately, a tummy tuck will be needed to remove all of the excess skin after the weight loss. Even though your stomach will get smaller with the weight loss the excess skin can make it look worse.To have the flat appearance that all women want a tummy tuck will be necessary. If it has been at least 2-3 weeks after your tummy tuck a full faja garment would be fine. Spnax or other pull up garments can tend to be not as tight as they need to be. Just make sure the compression of the garment is tight enough. Sometimes with wider hips it can be difficult to find a garment that gives the appropriate compression without hurting other areas. You might have to get creative with possibly wearing a cami shirt underneath to avoid the garment from rubbing on your hips….
Scar Cream Recommended?

Using a scar cream after any surgical procedure should be highly recommended. There are many over the counter products that work well. The product that I recommend to my patients cannot be found in local pharmacy or grocery store. Biocorneum is a silicone gel for minimizing the appearance of scars and also has SPF 30 to protect against the darkening effects of sun exposure. You can find a physician in your area who dispenses this product on their website. I hope this helps.

Hello ShanWest. A breast reduction would help with the problems you are concerned about. It will decrease the overall size of your breast but also give you a lifted and symmetrical appearance.
