I tell my patients that it can take several months or longer for some people’s implants to settle into place. Sometimes, I think that taking a little longer might be better because it indicates that your tissues will support the implants better long-term and you might have less bottoming out over time. Be patient. they should look completely different in another 3 months.

I don’t think that would be too big. You need to be examined by someone experienced in sizing implants to patient’s frames and breast diameter. To have an implant that size may require the use of a higher profile implant to fit the implants to your breast diameter. I find that the Vectra 3D software is helpful in this situation.

I think that if you are not having symptoms of any dental problems, you shouldn’t have to worry about getting a breast augmentation. It would not hurt to brush and floss aggressively and use a fluoride mouth rinse in the weeks before your surgery if you are concerned. Of course, there is nothing wrong with seeing your dentist ahead of time to get checked, but most Plastic Surgeons don’t routinely recommend that patients get “dental clearance” before surgery.

I have done all three incisions in my career, axillary, areolar, and inframammary. I now do only inframammary. The others are just not worth it. The inframammary incision heals so well that I never have any problems with it.
There is some evidence that capsular contracture rates may be higher with areolar and axillary incisions because of increased potential contamination of the implants leading to a biofilm.

It is hard to tell from photos alone. Direct examination allows the surgeon to directly feel the fatty layers and determine how much fat is there.
There is no question that you could have a BBL, the only question is how much donor fat there would be to inject. You have a beautiful athletic shape now, so I would be very concerned with getting enough fat to make it worthwhile without leaving some sort of contour defect in the donor areas.

I think that you would very possibly get a good result from just breast implants. You could always come back later and get a lift if you were unhappy with the results of an augmentation without a lift. Once you have the scars from a lift, you will have them forever. These are pretty big implants for your frame. In the pictures provided, I do not see any rippling. I suspect this is something that you feel more than something that is visible. Switching to a different overfilled implant may resolve this.

Scars that are below the umbilicus generally do not affect the ability to do an abdominoplasty since this tissue will be removed if you have enough extra tissue. Scars above the umbilicus can interfere with skin circulation and the elasticity of the tissues that are being stretched to tighten the skin.
Go see a qualified Plastic Surgeon for a consultation because only an in-person exam can tell you the affect your scars will have on an abdominoplasty.

These are two big operations that involve a lot of cutting and sewing. Depending on your overall health, it is safe to do them simultaneously if one person is not doing the procedure alone. When I do a case like this, I generally try and get one of my colleagues to assist with the surgery so that two surgeons can be working simultaneously. You absolutely need to continue the tests to determine what this lump is. It could be scar tissue, but a capsular contracture does not usually occur in one spot like this. Mammograms, ultrasound, and possibly even a biopsy should be able to make the diagnosis.
