Unfortunately you have not provided a frontal photo so this is a difficult question to answer without all the visual information. If you are referring to the space between your breasts in the midline then this would be made to appear more prominent with breast augmentation, as this space is due anatomically to where your pectoralis muscle attaches to the breast bone. It appears that you only have loose skin below the umbilicus and therefore a mini tummy tuck would give you a good result and the core strengthening would occur naturally with your exercise routine. Yes, you can have breast augmentation once again in a dual plane with either silicone or saline implants. Also, the implants will also eventually fail and there is a good chance you will need another surgery after this to maintain the cosmetics of your breasts. It would be wise to wait approximately 6 months after your tummy tuck as if you have it placed before the surgery you may lose part of the tattoo if it is placed on skin that is removed with the tummy tuck.
To determine what skin will be removed is at best a guestimate, and as occurs not infrequently, more skin is excised than was anticipated. So if you try to place the tattoo in a safe skin region prior to the procedure you may be disappointed.

The surgery is performed in a hospital affiliated surgery center with the anesthesia administered by a board certified anesthesiologist. If your nipple lies below a line that you draw along the crease from the transition from breast tissue to the upper abdomen ( Infra mammary fold) then a lift is required. As a rule of thumb to increase 1 cup size you need to add 190cc so to go up 2 cup sizes would be 380cc. Therefore 375 cc should achieve what you want. Just a word if warning. As a rule of thumb to increase one cup size in a normal sized lady takes about 190cc. Therefore if you want to go up 2 cups sizes it would be about 380cc. Since you want to increase to a full B/ small C 325/345 should achieve your goal. A good way to assess this is by taking sandwich bags and fill them with rice or water to 325cc and place beneath a sports bra. Look in the mirror. A dual plane breast augmentation with silicone would give you a nice result. From the photos there is no reason to consider a lift. I would approach it through a periareolar incision rather than inframammary as that scar will always be visible and may even be visible in a bra or bikini when you raise your arms causing the bikini top  to ride up exposing the scar. Nipple sensation and breast feeding are not issues with this approach. If you are 21 years or over then you can have silicone…
