Thanks for the pictures. I agree with the other physicians. It takes a few additional days for the lips to settle. I also advise cold compresses and would re-assess in 4-5 days.
My eye doctor wants to use 6 vials of Sculptra in one day. Is this normal?

Is it possible that you mean six syringes as opposed to six vials? In our office, we use a standard reconstitution that yields three 3cc syringes from one vial. From your question, I surmise that you may be receiving two vials in one session. Typically, I limit each session to four 3cc syringes.

Thank you for the pictures at rest and with movement. You can see that as you smile, you are engaging the muscle around your eye. As a result, the use of a neuromodulator will address your concern. In addition to the traditional injection points to the side of the eyes, two very small amounts under the eye will relax the muscle and alleviate the under eye/cheek intersection you describe. If you were to get tear trough filler, it would not address the dynamic muscle. I would seek the care of…
