Likely not. This is notoriously a challenging area to inject and requires and experienced and expert injector and the correct filler. The lumps are filler and it will likely need to be reversed with an agent as this area is very unforgiving and shows all.

You can camaflouge the neck, but the real problem is that your chin is retruded...back a bit. That is something you were born with and because it does not protrude enough your neck will look saggy with a poor angle much earlier. You can address the neck if you like through various approaches and I have done that for patients. However, the real culprit is the chin and that requires a chin advancement either your own bone, or an implant.

At least per your pictures, it appears you have enough skin and laxity to go over your umbilicus. If one cannot, due to tension, then a vertical scar can be used. But, seems unlikely based on your photos.

Yes walking is fine early. Just avoid excessive or strenuous activity. Usually 4-6 weeks until back to your baseline active status. But, follow up with your surgeon

The implants are very high and usually drop within 6-8 weeks. However, your do not appear so and this can be a component of the breast pocket dissection, or less likely, very early contracture that impeded the descent. You will need a revision operation to correct and should see your surgeon.

Ot looks like you have uneven distribution from injection. although, classically Juvaderm pulls the most water and most will swell for first 2-3 days. Your central upper lip does upper "lumpy" and this is injector dependent. You likely need to to return to your provider for evening out or dissolving of product.

Difficult to say without images. Breast will naturally migrate lateral, or towards arm pit region if lying down. However, if this remains in upright position, it can be the dissection pocket, implant size/width or baseline breast position that you had prior. Its best to address with your surgeon

It likely will not tear and you seem satisfied, but if it bothers you after a few months of healing, it likely will not significantly change.  It may still soften a bit more, but if the shape and excess continue to bother you, it's a relatively easy fix in the office under local anesthesia.  Therefore, you should go back to your surgeon and discuss your goals.

No....you will just begin to start feeling better and walk upright at that early time period.  It takes 4-6 weeks to really heal from TT and lip.  There is brushing, could retain fluid, incisional healing, swelling and general soreness and malaise.  If one were pushing it, I would say at three weeks you could do light work effectively,but not without limitations.  Of course you can try two weeks, but you likely will be uncomfortable and limited with regret.

Brown pigment changes can often easily be addressed in caucasian skin with IPL treatment.  You need to be assessed in person, but I would go to a medical spa or surgeon ( plastics/dermatology) who offers IPL treatments.

Cheek fillers most commonly used are Lyft and Voluma.  Both excellent products, last a year or so, and can be reversed.  Immediate change, low pain injection and safe with an experienced injector.  Cheek implants can also be used, obviously that requires a surgery and if so, you need a surgeon experienced in faces and bone structure.  I recommend a craniofacial surgeon, oral surgeon or aesthetic plastic surgeon who has done these before.

It would be much better to have some pictures to offer an assessment of your anatomy and goals.  However, dark circles under the eyes is vastly different then changing your orbit anatomy or position.  When working with the boney structure of your face be wary in surgeon choice.  You require expertise in this field and that requires a craniofacial surgeon, oral maxillofacial surgeon, or a surgeon well versed in these techniques, not just in aesthetic and soft ti...

The unevenness can be addressed to some extent, with a reversal agent.  However, to answer your question, yes, you require an experienced injector for optimal results.  If you have gone 2-3 times and are still dissatisfied...you have your answer.

Its difficult to tell just based on those pictures, but it seems unlikely.  You are quite early post op and should follow up with your surgeon for assessment and any intervention.

Its unlikely that a silicone implant ruptured, but following up with your surgeon is really important to determine if its a hematoma, rupture, or just swelling.  Intervention may be required to preserve the best outcome and only your surgeon can best determine that based on a clincal exam.
