Your implant comes with a replacement warranty for leaks from the manufacturer, the time frame is usually 10 years, and may include some financial assistance for costs above the implant replacement. Every implant has pros and cons. Shaped have less upper pole fullness ( ie - push up look), but can rotate and are generally more expensive. Round are more shape predictable independent of rotation, and depending on the profile, provide different degrees of upper pole fullness. Have your surgeon let you place 325cc or so implants in a bra and see if YOU like them. There is no "right " size. If you have not already discussed it, there is a very good chance you also need a lift.

Both are quality implants. In general, the Allergan implants have more projection for comparable volume and profile. They also have a full profile implant for those women who desire a lot of "push up look". You have to be careful that they do not look too round or missile like, however, unless that is the look you are going for! Discuss you size and shape desires with your surgeon as they relate to your chest/breast dimensions.

You may be able to combine them. It depends on whether both surgeons can co-ordinate their time and schedules. The approach may be slightly different if the myomectomy is open or laproscopic. There is slightly increased risk that must be balanced with the economic and recovery benefits. There will be additional out of pocket expenses for the facility and anethesia providers in addtion to your surgeons fees. This should all be documented beforehand.

Let the scar mature. Then you can consider a scar revision if needed or possibly a "mini tummy tuck". Your abdominal wall appears adequately tight and a future pregnancy would loosen it again, so you should consider putting that off for now and concentrate on toning the muscles. There is little that can be done about the stretch marks after they are there, so you may have to accept those for now, Maybe in the future, if a full tummy tuck is done, some of them may be able to be removed.

The peri-areolar, donut, or Benelli lift has limitations. In this case, you have discovered that doing less gives you a lesser satisfied result. A full lift is likely necessary. At times, this may not be known with certainty at the time of the original procedure, but can be done now. The more items you attempt to correct at once, the less control and predictability you have over any of them.
