The way tummy tucks are done traditionally, there is a good chance that the portion of skin below the gall bladder scar can have decreased blood flow and die. Based on the scar and description of the area nothing short of a tummy tuck will help. No other procedure can removed the scar; with a tummy tuck, the scar is removed and substituted with a low transverse scar that hides well within the bikini line.

Only fool proof way to rule out a seroma is to do an ultrasound. This is typically not done because in most cases, a seroma is obvious on clinical exam. Have your doctor evaluate you and if there is doubt get an ultrasound of the abdominal wall.

Based on the photos, you have three problems; 1. Excess skin 2. More than the desired amount of fat over the central abdomen 3. Loss of muscle tone.Only a tummy tuck with abdominal liposuction will address all these issues. Liposuction alone will decrease the fat to some extent but leave you with excess skin and an unchanged muscle structure with the resulting outward bulge. Regarding the breasts, an implant alone may be enough when done with a dual plane augmentation and a larger implant...

You best option is a full tummy tuck with extensive liposuction of the UPPER ABDOMEN. Typically, with traditional techniques, this is not very safe. However, with certain modified techniques that I perform, I can be very aggressive with upper abdominal liposuction at the time of tummy tuck. Visit with a few board certified plastic surgeons.

Based on the photos, your implants are too high. Often times this happens when the muscle is not adequately released. The only way to fix this is to do a revision. I do a technique called a neo-pectoral pocket technique, where a new space is created immediately above the old space. This along with release of the muscle will correct the problem. You are an excellent candidate for a full tummy tuck; anything less than this will NOT give you the best contour. Skin tightening is often sold as a great option, but in your case, it will not do much.

 I think you will be disappointed with a mini tummy tuck. You need a full tummy tuck with muscle tightening and liposuction  for best contours. Regarding the breast, either a lift only or a lift with implant based on the size /upper pole fullness you would like to achieve.

There are several techniques of doing a lower blepharoplasty and lumps are not typical. If you had additional fat injection done, then sometimes nodules can develop. Speak to your doctor as he knows what technique he used and can possibly explain the problem. If you are not happy with his explanation, consult another board certified plastic/facial plastic surgeon in the area.

I am sorry that you are disappointed with the results. Unfortunately, you were not a good candidate for just liposuction. You have excess skin and ideally you need both liposuction and a tummy tuck for best results. At this time, all swelling should be gone and what you have is residual fatty tissue.

Your best option is to get a lift with or without implants. You have reasonable breast volume and a lift alone  (the type of lift that repositions breast tissue internally/not a skin only lift that is typically done with implants)will tighten the breast, lift the nipple and shape your breasts. However, if you also want to be larger, then an implant is obviously a must. 
I had breast lift with augmentation 5 weeks ago and one of my breast feels lower, loose, sagging.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems after augmastopexy; I do see the difference in the photos. It is likely that the left pocket (space where the implant goes) was made a little larger which is why you have the implant displacement when you lay down.However, the difference is not major and even if it was, it is too early to do anything. In general, ultrahigh implants are not typically used by most plastic surgeons for primary breast augmentations. Clearly, we don't have photo and an exam is needed to figure out the best implant choice, so this is just a general opinion. If you have concerns, see another board certified plastic surgeon.
