Evaluation of marionette line in the context of general skin flaccidity is the key.  In your age group, generally would not be a reflection of general loss of skin tensile strength.  Ultherapy as well as Silhouette Instalift can be considered. 
Can lumps/swelling from kybella be permanent ever?

Lumps from Kybella injection is something that is often seen, likely due to localized inflammation and edema.  If the lumps persist or continues to be painful, best to consult your physician again as adverse events, although rare, has been reported. 
Is a second treatment with Kybella a good option for lax skin left after first treatment?

Skin laxity post volume reduction can be a problem, specially in patient that lack instrinsic “recoil” property.  Often time, in our practice, we use a combination modality such as Ultherapy to induce skin tightening.  Proper evaluation is recommended prior to the second Kybella treatment. 
Would laser treatment help improve my awful stretchmarks?

Stretch marks are best treated, in my opinion, when treated with multi-modality treatment. In our practice, we’ve had reasonable success with Fractional Laser therapy with or without PRP treatment. 
Who is the ideal candidate for Sculpsure?

In my opinion, best candidates are relatively slim, young patients with localized fat accumulation in small areas.  This is not to say with larger volume patient do not respond, but results are much more dramatic in patient with localized fat accumulation. 
SculpSure lower right side abdominal pain. Is this normal?

Although general “soreness” is common and somewhat expected with SculpSure treatment, persisting unilateral pain is unusual, and my represent entirely different cause.  I would recommend a medial evaluation. 
What is the difference in results for SculpSure Laser Fat Loss vs. Coolsculpting?

These are, in my opinion, two leading devices for non invasive fat reduction.  Mechanism of action is very different. Simply put, one freezes fat and another heats the fat.  In my opinion, certain areas of body respond better with one device over the other.  One advantage of SculpSure is that, generally, it is less painful and is shorter treatment.
