The patient is a 29 year-old female who is unhappy with both the size and shape of her breasts after the birth of her daughter. She wants her breasts to be fuller and "not so saggy". During her consultation, she decided she would like a breast augmentation with a lift. The decision was made to use a smooth, round, silicone implant placed beneath the muscle with a breast lift where the incision is made around the areola only.
