These tiny white spots are called milia, or milk spots, and are common with blepharoplasty surgery. Sutures used during the procedure cause trauma to the skin and hyperactive sebaceous glands become blocked, resulting in these small white spots. In most cases, these spots will resolve on their own. If they persist, you can schedule an appointment with your plastic surgeon, and they can be removed.

IF your lower eye bags are the result of allergies, the puffiness is likely the result of fluid and not fat. If you are able to get your allergies under control and still experience lower eye bags, then chances are a lower eyelid blepharoplasty will work for you. I would suggest starting with an allergist to get the allergies under control and then a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine your best course of action.

That being said, scars can take as much as 6 to 12 months to fully heal and mature, so experiencing scarring at 3 weeks is completely normal. Continue to follow the post-op instructions provided by your plastic surgeon, including the application of contralubex. Avoid sun exposure as scars are more sensitive to UV rays and burns. If you are concerned, schedule a follow-up with your plastic surgeon.

Having residual puffiness at this stage is completely normal. It can take 6-12 months before all puffiness resolves and you see your final results. If you are concerned, follow-up with your plastic surgeon and continue to follow your post-op instructions. Some tips to reduce swelling include reducing the salt in your diet, make sure to keep yourself hydrated, avoid alcohol and sleep with your head elevated.

While the burn may look fine on the surface, all the underlying tissue needs to heal as well. Your provider will go over this at the consultation and determine how long you need to wait before your arm is ready for laser treatment. As for removal, the PicoWay system is a gentle laser removal system that breaks the ink apart and, with multiple treatments 6-8 weeks apart, you should expect to see at least 90-95% removal, if not complete removal.

Having another treatment too soon puts you at risk for complications and permanent scarring. I would suggest looking for a new board-certified provider for further treatment.

This treatment focuses laser energy on the ink molecules and breaks apart the ink so your body can eliminate it. Given this is a new tattoo, you will need to wait at least 6 to 8 weeks for the skin to heal before having laser treatment. You should wait at least 6 months before passing any judgements on the results of your surgery or your new shape. In that time, be sure to follow all of your surgeon's post-op instructions. If after that time you're still dissatisfied with your tummy tuck, you can consider revision surgery or liposuction to help you achieve your desired results.

There's nothing wrong with exercising before having dermal fillers or BOTOX®, so long as you remain hydrated. You should, however, wait to exercise after having BOTOX or fillers. Give yourself at least 24 hours before engaging in any type of strenuous activity after having an injection to protect the site. While the change to your cheek may have been the result of your regular BOTOX injection for crow's feet, it would simply have been the cause and effect of a misplaced injection or a bit more BOTOX than was necessary. There are no permanent affects caused by BOTOX and the injection you received should wear off in 3 to 6 months or so.
