I am confused as to why your surgeon performed an areola reduction, which is included in most breast lift procedures, as a stand-alone surgery. In the photo your breasts appear flattened which is a common side effect of an isolated circumareolar lift (essentially an areolar reduction).
There is no reason to wait to get a circumvertical or "inverted T" lift. Ask your surgeon if he/she performs Dr. Hammond's (wagon wheel) technique to prevent spreading of the areola

You certainly are a candidate for round implants. As you are thin they should be placed behind the pectoralis muscle. Be sure your surgeon release the muscle attachments to ribs 4,5, and 6 or the implants will sit too high on your chest.
The width of the implant you choose should be within 1cm of the base diameter (width) of your breasts. You will likely want to consider a high profile implant to get increased projection without the implant extending too high or wide.

All US insurance companies use the patient's height and weight to determine how much breast tissue your surgeon must remove in order to have the surgery paid for by your insurance. That said there is no correlation between the relief of symptoms and the amount of tissue to be removed to merit insurance coverage. Patient's who do not meet insurance criteria may still benefit from breast reduction surgery.

So I am going to disagree with the other surgeons who answered that they can harvest love handles and transfer the fat under local anesthesia. In any fat transfer regardless of the recipient site in the body, it is harder to numb the site to be grafted than the donor site. You can inject as much dilute local anesthetic as you need (within safe lidocaine dose levels) to the donor site/love handles as long as the fluid is removed before the fat is reinjected.

Although weight loss or gain after BBL can alter volume/ size of the buttocks, the change in proportions with respect to the rest of your trunk are permanent. You may want to look at before and after pictures of the fourth patient on my BBL web page at memphisplasticsurgery.com. she lost 20 pounds after surgery, but the improvement in buttocks shape was maintained.

The answer is "yes and no". If you are asking about insurance coverage, then the answer is yes. Most insurance companies in the US use the Schnur scale which correlates body surface area (which takes in to account height and weight), to mandate the weight of breast tissue removed in order to qualify. Forget the fact that Dr. Schnur derived his scale from his subjective retrospective opinion of his own patient's motivation for seeking breast reduction surgery.
