I feel so terrible bad for you. Your abdominoplasty as dehiscence. You abdomen should not be open. I hope you are in the USA. I don't suggest plane travel. It's very hard for another Surgeon to take over another's work, especially when things don't go right. You maybe looking at a wound vac to assist with closure. Good Morning, and thank you for your question. I have tired many things in the past to treat acne scaring, including Laser's and peels. By far, I think you will get the best result by having several PRP Microneedling sessions done. Just please know where you are going. Insist on a Board Certified Plastic Surgeons Office. I do not do the treatment myself, But my Nurse who is highly trained does. The results are amazing !

Thank you for your question. Your scars will fade in time. I have to be honest what you are buying in the grocery store is not worth your money. The best treatment for scars is silicone. We use to have to deal with strips and our patients got every tired of using them. The FDA just approved biocorneum , its advanced scar gel with spf 30. It's also only available from your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon's Office.

There are several great brands of compression garments available now. You need to be measured, the garment must fit properly. My Nurse has mastered this skill ! We prefer to use Fajas D' Prada . Remember when the garment gets loose its time to go down in size !
