It is optimal to be at a weight that is comfortably maintained for best results after tummy tuck. a recent history of massive weight loss puts one at risk of healing problems. Weight gain after, of course, undoes some of the cosmetic improvement. I ask my patients to try to achieve a weight that can reasonably be maintained prior to this surgery. Most patients will lose weight after surgery as the feel full sooner, and are more physically able to exercise once fully healed.

On the single profile view I am looking at, I think you would do well with a laser liposuction procedure. Most of the fat outside of the muscle wall can be removed and the skin tightened with this method. To achieve optimal results however, you would also need to pursue a low carb and calorie restrictive diet in order to reduce some of the bulge due to fat inside of the abdomen.

Looking at your photos, I see you have some excess fatty tissue, particularly in the mid abdomen, along with some stretchmarks and looseness of the skin. the ideal procedure for this is a tummy tuck, however I deffinitely do not recommend this prior to having children. A suitable alternative would be to have last assisted liposuction to reduce the fat and also achieve some degree of skin tightening. It certainty would not give you the result of the tummy tick, but is the best option right now.

There are multiple reasons why a patient may not see adequate response to botox. Though is it rare for botox to not work at all, I have in my practice seen one or two patients in whom repeated amounts of botox showed no result at all. Other factors may be involved included inadequate dosing and improper placement of the botox. In general, if a patient is not seeing a response, I would suggest they see a different doctor and try one more time for adequate improvment.
