You have great questions but finding exactly what you want can only really take place in a face to face consultation and exam. Find the doctor you connect with. Placing saline implants through an underarm or axillary incision is certainly achievable. Size is up to you but you should consider you body frame to achieve a good result. What "natural" means to one patient isn't the same as it is to another patient. A consultation in person is necessary to discuss what you really are looking for and to see what is your best fit.

From the one photo that you have posted. I think your nose looks fine. Chin is a little recessed and a chin augmentation will balance you face. Would like the see a straight on forward view. Of course an in office full facial review is needed and further questions about what exactly you want to accomplish would be necessary to achieve the best results.

Thanks for the question. An implant will give you fuller breasts for sure. The question is will they fill up enough to get rid of the droop you have. It is difficult without seeing you in person but I think you might achieve a reasonable result with an implant alone. You can always do a lift secondarily if an implant doesn't achieve all of the desired result. Seek a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Implant size depends on what you want to look like and you body size. Implants have different widths and projections so the right size depends on the desired outcome and body dimensions. A consultation is required to decide what will be best for you and photos do not help much. You should seek another consultation to discuss size, try on implants again and go with what you like.

It is difficult to evaluate with just photos and a in person consult is necessary. There is no doubt that a tummy tuck will improve your abdomen by removing the loose skin and fat from the abdomen. This will improve contour and remove the hanging tissue. 99% of patients love their results and I believe you will also.

Your photos look like there isn't much fat and just a little loose skin. For having had 3 pregnancies you look great. An in person evaluation is necessary to really evaluate what can be improved. Go visit a board certified plastic surgeon.
