Hello, and thanks for your question.
Silicone implants are usually the preferred option for women who have a small
amount of natural breast tissue. Silicone implants are less likely to show
visible rippling, and you are correct in that most people believe that they
generally feel and look more natural than saline. Rippling is commonly a

Thanks for your question. MRIs are not
required before or after breast augmentation, but they are recommended for
patients with silicone implants. This is because, unlike saline implants,
today’s “gummy bear” implants don’t lose their shape when broken or
ruptured. Regular MRIs help patients keep an eye on their implants. Currently,
the FDA recommends an MRI 3 years after surgery, then every 2 years after that.

small number of people, if any, have facial features that are perfectly
symmetrical. However, ptosis of your brow can be corrected with BOTOX, and eye

Being as active as you are, the selection of the correct implant and positioning becomes very important. My recommendation would be to place a smaller implant in the sub muscular position, as it looks the most natural, have less long term complications, and will not interfere with your overall function. Yes, but you have to be careful with Botox around the mouth in general. Make sure the lift on one side of your lip is not secondary to slightly more filler on that side. Implant cost to the individual practice can vary greatly depending on the volume of business and relationship they have with the individual vendor. In general, there is probably a $500-$1000 difference between round silicone vs. saline implants in overall cost differential, and some practices do not charge patients this difference.
