Dr Zakhireh, Palm Desert, California 61 Year Old Miss Treated With Lifting Face
This is a 66 year old female who had been feeling older and felt that she looked tired. During her consultation, I noted the patient’s face and neck had fallen victim to the effects of gravity and the aging process. She also had quite a bit of mid face hollowing where the fat from her youth had disappeared, making her tear troughs hollow. During her face and neck lift surgery, I took time to patiently expose the underlying muscles of the neck and face and tightened them in a 45 degree superior and lateral vector. Once the incisions were closed, I proceeded to harvest a half cup of fat from her abdomen and grafted the fat to the hollow mid face and tear troughs for a very natural fill. (Apr 24, 2015)
