Hi Shilpa,
Good question, challenging answer. Your raised (hypertrophic) scar might respond to periodic injections and/or superficial micro-needling of an anti-metabolite medication called 5 Flourouracil. It might cause a bit of darkening around the injection area temporarily, but that usually resolves uneventfully. The more recent the trauma, the better and more rapid the resolution.

Great question and while there certainly concerns about the use of the term "vaginal rejuvenation", if you are specifically interested in increased sensitivity, lubrication, decrease in incontinence and tightness that both you and your partner can perceive during relations, there are several answers.
