Based on your photos you have minimal drooping of the breasts but have lost some volume, particularly in the upper part of the breast. If you want to be perkier you will definitely need a small implant to fill out your skin. Depending on the size of the implant, a small lift may also be necessary too. I recommend seeking consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to further discuss your options.
Best of luck!

It is difficult to tell from your close-up photos if you would be a candidate for abdominoplasty. If you are significantly above your goal weight and have a high BMI, the logistics of doing an abdominoplasty are not the main concern. The issue at that point is safety. The procedure is much higher risk for DVT and other complications if your weight is high. In addition, your results will not be nearly as good, and you could have development of skin laxity…

The risk of loss of nipple sensation after breast augmentation is primarily related to the size of the implant. If you don’t choose an exceedingly large implant (which places considerable pressure and stretch on the nerves to the nipple), then your chance of permanent loss of sensation is very small; however, with any breast surgery there is a risk. When you see a plastic surgeon in consultation, he/she will be able to give you a more specific assessment of risk…

The cost of tummy tuck and liposuction varies greatly depending on the area of the country, the surgeon, and the extent of surgery based on your anatomy. The total cost includes the surgeon’s fee, facility costs, and anesthesia costs. To get an accurate assessment I would recommend seeking consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.
Good luck!

You can definitely breath after a tummy tuck. Your abdomen will be tight, and you will have to be deliberate about taking deep breaths even though it hurts a bit, but you should not feel short of breath.

You should definitely be healed and ready for your tummy tuck and thigh lift after 3 months. Otherwise, the timing depends mostly on your life and if you are ready to go through another prolonged recovery.
Good luck!

The extent of scarring in a breast lift depends greatly on the amount of drooping (ptosis) of your breasts. At a bare minimum you will have a scar around the areola, but with greater degrees of ptosis, a vertical scar and possible a horizontal scar in the fold under the breast will be necessary. Typically, when an implant is used in conjunction with a lift, the amount of skin that needs to be excised will be decreased and thus the scarring would be…

Because you have been breast feeding, the most likely diagnosis is a breast infection. I would recommend seeing your OB/Gyn or family physician for further evaluation and treatment. You may need antibiotics. Other problems such as implant rupture or benign/malignant breast lump should also be ruled out, but are less likely.
Best of luck,
Dr. Abbott

I would highly recommend that you avoid facial cosmetic surgery at your age. You have a beautiful face and could benefit from some minimal sculpting with injectable fillers to address your concerns. Consult with a board certified Plastic Surgeon to see what your best options would be.
Best wishes,
Dr. Abbott

In abdominoplasty, like many other surgeries, the skin is lifted off the abdominal wall and a potential space is created which can fill up with fluid. The primary way to remove fluid and allow the skin to “stick down” is by drain placement. The problem with drains is that they can be annoying and uncomfortable for the patient. As a result, many different techniques have been investigated in order to eliminate the need for drains. Some…
