You can absolutely get a breast lift without implants. The lift will give you a more perky look to the breast by removing the excess skin and tightening the skin envelope. If a patient wants to have significant upper pole fullness of the breast, I often recommend a small implant as well. One thing to remember is that you can always have an implant placed later if you are unhappy with the volume after a lift.

Based on your photos you have minimal drooping of the breasts but have lost some volume, particularly in the upper part of the breast. If you want to be perkier you will definitely need a small implant to fill out your skin. Depending on the size of the implant, a small lift may also be necessary too. I recommend seeking consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to further discuss your options.

It is difficult to tell from your close-up photos if you would be a candidate for abdominoplasty. If you are significantly above your goal weight and have a high BMI, the logistics of doing an abdominoplasty are not the main concern. The issue at that point is safety. The procedure is much higher risk for DVT and other complications if your weight is high. In addition, your results will not be nearly as good, and you could have development of skin laxity…

Your surgeon and nurses are correct that this is nothing to worry about. Black discoloration just along the incision line often occurs due to dried blood or scabbing of the skin edges. It looks like you are otherwise healing nicely. Definitely don’t worry about this!

You can definitely breath after a tummy tuck. Your abdomen will be tight, and you will have to be deliberate about taking deep breaths even though it hurts a bit, but you should not feel short of breath.

Because you have been breast feeding, the most likely diagnosis is a breast infection. I would recommend seeing your OB/Gyn or family physician for further evaluation and treatment. You may need antibiotics. Other problems such as implant rupture or benign/malignant breast lump should also be ruled out, but are less likely.

The trade-off with a breast lift (with or without a small reduction) is the scars on the breast. It appears that you are having some delayed healing of a small portion of your belly button. The black area may represent an edge of the skin that died, which occasionally happens as a result of the alteration of blood flow during the surgery.
